George Nader (1921- 2002 )
Born
on October
19, 1921 and died in Woodland Hills on February 4, 2002 due to pneumonia. George Nader began his film career in
1950 and by the mid 1950s he had made a number of both "A" and "B" movies.
From the 1950s through the mid 1960s, Nader made numerous films and television appearances in America.
He even won the 1955 "Golden Globe" award for "Most Promising Newcomer." During the 1958-1959 season, he starred in ABC's

Movie actor (The Further Adventures of Ellery Queen, Peyton
Place,...) and television director (Diagnosis Murder), died at age of 72
in Brentwood, Calif., due to complications of Parkinson's disease.
Robert Strauss (1913-1975)
Doc Prouty in the radioseries. Best known perhaps for his role in Stalag 17
(1953) as the homesick GI. Born November 8.1913 and died on February 20.
