David Chalmers. Some good, and very readable papers, mainly on philosophy of consciousness, plus some humorous articles.
David Sobel. Some good papers on well-being and rationality.
Patricia Greenspan. Moral philosophy, especially with regard to emotions. Has some good essays aimed at a general audience, as well as more "academic" papers.
J. Wesley Robbins. Interesting work relating philosophy of religion and cognitive science, marred only by a truly horrendous colour-scheme. That's what happens when people write webpages with MS FrontPage!
Marvin Minsky. Cognitive science, artificial intelligence etc..
John Searle. Philosophy of mind (anti-)AI etc..
Delia Graff. Philosophy of language (I like this woman - she writes in LaTeX and has her papers in gzipped PostScript format, though there are PDF versions for the proles as well).
